The thing is I am the sister of the owner of this business he works for, I work there too as the bookkeeper.
He always come to work half an hour early either to set up, eat, or talk to me(small talk.)
He's been asking a lot of questions like do I have a bf, what's my middle name, where did I go to school, what kind of ppl I hang out with,etc...
He told me I looked nice last night...he never really said that before.
I dunno...he recently broke up with his gf...that was up until I asked ,"how's your gf?"
He likes to call me by my middle name....
Too friendly?
I don't think it is appropriate for me to get involved with him since I am related to the business!

Well if you like him and would want to date him then go for it dont let any thing stand in the way of it. But if you dont like him in that way let him know.

if you dont know him it is kind of like he is stalking you and i would quit or tell him i am not interested to keep him away.

He may like you but if is he is not asking you out, then "he is just not that into you" (read the book with this title PLEASE).
