if funny to see how many people dont use their minds. you need a wish spell:
1 white candle
1 piece of paper 3x3 inches
1blessed pen or marker

you need to draw a pentagram in the center
write your desire over the pentagram
burn the paper and visualize your wish come true.
by the power of three, let it be, let it be.

you can make the same making a draw of your desire (ex $$$ for money) and then write over that what you want with your name.

dont forget to make a little "poem" that must finish by the power of three let it be let it be.

sorry, i dont know much english, hope it works, blessed be. )O(

Instead of a spell, do this, it is a 'spell' of sorts. Sit quietly and empty your mind of thought. After you are very relaxed visualize the person you are wanting to call you. Put every ounce of mental power into sending the message, 'Call me, call, call me...'

If they were meant to be your friend they will hear you. Try it, it'll work.

Here's a clue - if you're describing a spell and it includes the words "to MAKE someone do something", you need to reconsider the ethics of the spell, because you're screwing with their free will...

That being said - why not just call that person, instead? Why resort to magic when it can be taken care of mundanely?

Spells affecting one's will are HIGHLY unethical.

Yeah, it's called: stop looking for a 'magical' answer and give him your phone number.

Yeah, it's called voicemail. Just leave your number when the spirits beep, and he'll get back to you.

Sort of.

Borrow money from them and don't pay it back.

They will call.
