Sweetheart....if your young you may be having what my son does like early teens....you get upset, for no reason...Thats just growing up..o.k...like hormones.
But! a spaz attack is when a person....just looses it! big time.
You could?...but then that would be those very large hormones kicking in?...
seek help, o.k. if you think you need more help.Like a parent or someone who will be able to talk to you...even a girlfriend...

it's because you're a young chick and all wrapped up in your head.
just go workout and take a nap, you'll feel better. and quit overanalyzing everything.
