No quicker way to learn then diving in I guess.

I did it. While in college, I got a job as a beginning swim instructor at the same time I was taking a beginning swim class at college. I just taught the kids the same thing I was being taught and it worked. One of my kids ended up going to the Olympics and winning a bronze medal.

The martial art is not just away to fight it is a away to find peace. To know what one can do with ones self. It teaches you to use everything around you. It teaches you not to fight but to see the flow of life. Everything in the martial art is learn for watching and repeating. But for most people it the fact that they can defend them selves. One can learn to fight by all kinds of means but martial arts is not just a psychical you are told about balance and peace in life. If you can not fight in peace you make bad decisions and that is want get you hurt. Rules of fighting. cant see cant fight cant breath cant fight cant walk cant fight
