yes they can leave a negative feedback against you or worst could take out a dispute against you and you will be given a strike you only get 3 strikes hope that helps. But it can not affect your credit rating any where else just on eBay.

No, it does not affect your credit. You will get a bad rating from the seller though. If you have a higher rating, this should not hurt you too bad. If you have only 5 or 6 points, then it could look bad. There are some legitimate reasons for not buying the product. Changing your mind of finding it cheaper somewhere else is not an excuse.

No, that in no way affects your credit. Only if you refused to pay the credit card bill itself. If you don't buy the product after winning the bidding, it should just go back to the bidding page.

I don't believe it will effect your credit history (credit score), but it will effect your credibility with the other e-bay members due to the feedback they write about you.
