It is a drug that makes the blood vessels in your nose constrict (contract into being smaller).

One cause of nasal congestion (stuffiness) is your nasal membranes (linings) swelling up really bad, because they get more blood flow during allergies or an infection. Oxymetazoline causes the blood vessels to contract, relieving the inflammation and clearing up your nose.

i don't be responsive to, yet that stuff messes me up. I used some earlier mattress one night & wakened the subsequent morning like i replaced into stepping on clouds. I actually felt as though the backside of my ft have been rubbery and that i replaced into so dizzy.
