I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find the kind I'm looking for. They're either too short or too tall. Due to the size of this room I'm looking for a prelit Christmas tree that's 5.5' - 6' tall with either multi-colored or clear lights. What online store or retail chain can I find a tree that's close to this? Thank you.

Try Kmart...my favorite, still have it, I found in a mall home furnishing store that offers seasonal "bulk" buyouts! It was only 59.99 and that was 7 years ago!.. it looks as good today as it did back then! It is all clear lights and each year, I decide if I want to add additional solid or multi-colored strands of lights to make it look "different" each year...or just leave it clear lit!!! Its totally up to you!! Happy Tree Hunting!!!
