The internet is a good starting place, but check your county too, many states have local programs that teach a second language for free or low cost, YMCA's offer low ost classes to members, also check with your local community colledge, you could even get credits from some courses, but its a little more pricey, you could also look up a tutor, or agree to help someone learn english, youll pick up alot! but you do need to know some basics first, so you might wanna scratch that idea... talk to someone in your Church, if you go, you'de be surprised how many peopel know it, especailly in a church, because of all the missionaries.
