Have had her three weeks, nine months old. Fine while I am at home.......spent 10 days with her, then went back to work. Now she bangs her face on kennel, and pees and poops in it while i am at work.

there is no quick fix for this. you need to contact a behavioralist or your vet. Sometimes medication is the only thing that helps.

I don't know of a "quick fix" but I can tell you what worked for me. This has to be done when you have a long weekend off, preferably longer. Leave the dog in her kennel for about 15 minutes, come back. Let her out. Do this several times. This way she associates your coming back after a short time. Then increase your time being gone to a half hour. Do this several times. Then increase this to forty-five minutes. Then to an hour. Then to two hours. The dog is afraid that when you leave to go to work you are not returning. By leaving for short periods and returning you are disproving this. That is why you need to gradually increase the time. I can now leave my 4 month old pup for several hours without a problem.

Okay:
1. Has she been crate trained? If not that could be a major reason why she is relieving herslef inside it and banging her head on the door. If she isnt crate trained then I suggest you do. Some easy ways to get them introduced to it is to play and feed your dog around the crate so it is associated with good things. Next place treats in the crate and praise her when she is inside it. Then after she is used to it start leaving her in the crate for a minute or two. Then let her out gradually building up time to where you can leave her in there for an entire work day. Some things that help entertain them and make the crate a better place for them is to put treats, kongs, favorite toys etc. inside it.
2. If your dog is properly crate trianed and it is still having issues then maybe it isnt potty trained. If it is potty trained then it should be better off in the crate. The crate trianing should also help potty training because it teaches it to hold itself when inside it. hopefully this helped, bye

There is no "quick fix" to any behavior or training issue.

I suggest:
1. Walk her well before leaving her in the crate.
2. Play a tv or radio in the back ground for noise.
3. Leave a stuffed kong in the crate with her to keep her busy.
4. Get a lavendar essential oil room deoderizer and plug it in.

These are a few suggestions that you can start with.
