Me and my friends like to chill alot and recently we were just talking about the many girls they've dated over the years, seeing as I haven't had a girlfriend yet cause I'm kinda shy around girls. As we got deeper into the conversation, they started to talk about all of their sexual experiences with the girls. All the stuff they had to say makes it seem like you're supposed to have sex as a teen. There's four of us and one friend and I are 16 and the other two are 17. Am I missing something...should I have had sex by now?

Don't rush it, I would say the same thing to a female, you will have sex when you are ready and when the time is right. You are still young, and obviously have a head on your shoulders to be waiting, even if you are shy you are not letting peer pressure push you into anything..

Don't put a time frame on it.Sex is good but its not as important as its made out to be.Once you find a partner and start having a sexual relationship it seems that alot of the things that were important to you before just become something that you will try to get around to later when you get time.For now you should learn how to save money and manage a bank account also start looking for a job to earn enough money to be self sufficent.This is a very attractive feature to lady.

You should only have sex when you are ready. Dont ever do it out of peer pressure and dont degrate yourself by screwing the first thing that comes along...one day you might regret it. Your virginity is a gift-- dont throw it away to some skank. Oh and being a virgin is a turn on for a lot of girls i know...It proves that sex isnt the only thing on your mind. Dont feel ashamed man, be proud.

Absolutely Not! the longer you wait the better it will be. Imagine all of your friends are squandering some of their best sex on girls who arnt that mature. Im not saying to wait until your married, Im saying wait until you meet the right girl.
PS if you reach 25 and are still a virgin rent a hooker

honestly No don't feel like you should have just because your friends did you should do what you think is right and not worry about what they may say i'm a junior and i'm16 and i haven't had sex yet my friends always talk about that stuff to but they know that i'm not just going to go for anyone so don't feel like your wierd or somthing because if you do then everyone else that hasn't had sex is wierd right along with you

You should have sex when you are emotionally mature and financially stable enough to be responsible for ALL of the consequences that come with having sex, that includes protecting oneself as well as their partner from STDS, HIV and HPV (can't do much in the way of protection except abstention with HPV because it is spread by skin to skin contact and if ANY part of yor genetalia touches (above your balls and above her labia), you can spread HPV, HPV is a known factor in causing cancer of the cervix in women) and of course the ever popular pregnancy. Until you are totally prepared for all of that you SHOULDN'T have sex at all.

no!!!!! you're too young in my opinnion. I'm older than you and your friends and i never had my first kiss. it's ok.....you should feel special that you are a virgin. Not alot of teens are. Be proud, you are the only one that is able to keep himself for that perfect girl. No rush. The first time should be the best time!

Truthfully holding out is much smarter. I held out til 23 thought I had the girl and she did me dirty didn't believe she was my first. I wish i still had my virginity , sex aint anything like it hyped up to be . Trust me g.
