his name i shall not say...i told him how i felt about him and he told me that he only liked me as a friend...i accepted that.until he started dating this nasty girl and then he started flirting with me by touching me everywhere and sitting and talking to me every chance he gets.part of me thinks he is trying to hide his relationship from me as if he's affraid to hurt me. it is as if he feels our friendship with his hands instead of his heart. i am so confused and hurt.

It sounds like you are looking for the whole package, a person who genuinely likes you and doesn't just want to get physical. It sounds like you have already tried talking to him and then he started dating someone else. If he was touching you and getting all flirty while he was dating this other girl, that is a sign that he is trying to get all he can and may not want to settle down with one girl. If you are interested in being just friends with him I would suggest just talking to him again, expressing how hurt you are. But if you are looking for a romantic relationship, he already told you he likes you as a friend so you may want to look elsewhere.

This guy doesn't deserve your affections. He is acting like a selfish immature idiot. He is using the fact that you are attracted to him to his advantage to try to get it on with you, & meanwhile he's cultivating a relationship with this other girl.
The next time he lays a hand on you, just slap it away so hard that it spins around & he hits himself in the head.
