He told me a few weeks ago that he`s breaking up. Should I confront him about this woman because he has been telling me that I, my sister and my daughter are the only people he talks to online.

Sure, especially if you're jealous, insecure, and controlling. Better that he finds out now before he wastes more time with you.
On the other hand, if he's a lying cheating SOB, then better if you break up now than deal with his **** for any longer, right?

well if you guys are brokin up you cant really question him about anything...if you guys arent brokin up I'd tlk to the girl and find out exacly what they hve been talking about...
