I think it means "I am the man". Have you tried using Yahoo Babel Fish? It's a translator webpage. Check it out.

It means: I am the man :).
Not sure if that has to do anything with you, but yea that's what it means. :)

Let's break this up.
"Soy" -- "I am."
"El" -- Masculine definite article. "The."
"Hombre" -- "Man."
So "soy el hombre" would literally mean, "I am the man!"
