This has happened to me also. First be friends with the girl. talk to her during lunch. hang out with her after school like that. after a week or so ask her to the movies or somewhere. Then however she responds means how she feels about you. if she says yes in the date ask her to be your gf

I'm a girl and ill let you know. go up and talk to her. so she knows your there. don't wait to long or shell be gone. sorry i know this was for boys but I'm a girl so i know how they want a boy to approach them
