I have a friend who is not very popular. She doesnt get good grades, she kinda over weight, lazy, doesnt have the best personality, and to me shes not very pretty. but some how shes already had 6 boyfriends sense school started. I on the other hand had never had a boyfriend before... please help! If you want to see a pic of me please ask! Thanks... i hope iam not feeling selfish...sorry if iam.

i want to see a pic. I understand how you feel. Everyone tells me i'm cute but they all don't want to date me. I don't understand either. I'm single and girls i like date guys who lie to them and treat them bad, but don't want to date a nice guy.

Some of the most beautiful women never get asked for a date! It's true...Their could be a whole table of girls, and some dude will walk over and ask the one who is the most unattractive! I don't understand it all the way either but..I think it's because their scared, shy, afraid of rejection, silly things like that. With gals not so cute, they feel they have nothing to lose, it won't hurt their ego. Just hold in there, a special guy is just waiting for the right time to come to you!!! Maybe smile more while waiting!!!

honey, be careful about sharing your pic on the net with just anybody. you never know who is on this site lurking around.
if your friend has had 6 boyfriends since school started, then that would work out to a boyfriend every two weeks! relationships that only last two weeks aren't really relationships in my opinions.. these "boyfriends" are more "guys she has gone out on a few dates with".
it's not good to compare yourself with others.. focus on doing the best you can in school, stay buys and active. get into sports and music and other hobbies.. and you will make more friends and get exposure to more guys.. eventually, i'm sure you'll meet a guy that likes you and wants to start dating you.. nothing is wrong with you at all .you just haven't met the right guy yet..

Nothing is wrong with you. I use to be like this when i was in school and i just didnt get it. Now i understand what happend. The other girl is giving up something your not. Dont start being like her though just to get a boyfriend. you will regret it if you do. You will find a nice guy for yourself. You dont have to lower yourself to have alot of bf. Just continue being yourself. and that one will come into your life. I can see it happening to you very soon.

Maybe the guys feel you aren't on their level. They may see you as being above them, too good for them or whatever...
Because she's not perfect they see her as attainable and easy to get. There's probably no way she'd turn them away if her confidence is low. With prettier girls there's always hotter guys and they have to work harder just to get noticed...hope this made sense...and remember oppsites attract.....

The only thing wrong with you is that you're to obsessed with finding bad stuff about your friend and trust me that's not hot to guys which is probaly what's causing you to not have a boyfriend.

you don't sound selfish. you sound jealous. understandable though. here is ur friend. kind of sloppy, with 6 boyfriends. and here u are. (i'm assuming u think ur prettier), with no boyfriends. sounds to me ur friend either 'puts-out" or she actually has more confidence in herself than your leading us to believe. having confidence can attract a lot of guys. and eventhough she isn't a 10. it doesn't matter. i think guys find girls who like respect themselves to be mysterious and worth their time. focus more on how you present yourself and stop worrying about how many boyfriends your (as you put it) ugly, fat, unpopular "friend" has gone through.
