I have a great cheese ball recipe that all my friends request every year @ our college reunion/Christmas party every year.
Take 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese & bring to room temp. Take 1 pkg imitation crab meat & coarsely chop, then add cream cheese, 2 8oz pkgs finely shredded cheddar, 2 tbsp chives, a few dashes of tabasco & worchester. With clean hands, mix together then roll into chopped pecans or almonds. Shape into log or other holiday mold, then serve with assorted crackers....

Try this Italian Dish
Take some aparagus and boil it for 4 minutes (I do this in a frying pan).
Wrap 1 slice of prociutto (Spelling?) around two or three stalks of asparagus.
In a small bowl, mix up an equal amount of not too soft butter and parmesan cheese (For two, I use a heaping tablespoon of each, which I make six items with), sprinkle some black pepper in there.
Dab the butter/cheese mix randomly on top of your wrapped veggies and BROIL until the cheese has golden tones to it.
Very simple, very fast. I have this dish done in 15 minutes or less and it's DELICIOUS. Oh, and I don't cook!
You can enjoy as a small dish, or, for a full meal, add Fettucini Alfredo and some french bread to it.
Don't forget.... Red wine!
Enjoy

Traditional Italian Spaghetti: Very simple. Very easy. Delicious!
For one large serving (or two average servings): Blend one tomatoe in blender. You can blend it as much or little as you would like, depending on how chunky/saucy you like your sauce. Pour the tomato sauce in a small saucepan. Add a little less than 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Add about a teaspoon of sugar, and add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then lower heat and cover and simmer until pasta is done. Meanwhile, boil linguine noodles according to the package (it is best when they are served al dente). Serve the dish with SHREDDED (NOT grated!) parmesan cheese. Viola! Enjoy! :)

try Crema de fruta
layer graham cookies on a container, then pour heavy cream and evaporated milk(juz enough to cover its crust) then layer graham crackers again then do the same thing for 4 times or whatever number of layers of crackers you want then on top,put drained fruit cocktail then pour flavorless gelatin(pour like 1 and a half inches on top)..then put it on the fridge overnight(not on the freezer)...
as simple as that
