do you know of some things that will help me cause i'm getting married in 71/2 months

Avg weight for someone 5'6" is 120-145. Start doing small spurts of cardio (even jogging in place in front of the TV!) 2x per day for 10 minutes. Like when you wake up and after dinner. This should boost your metabolism and start melting the weight off.

it depends on your body shape. You're just right really if you say you are. I would be careful though 230 at 5'6 is considered overweight. You should be around 130-160. But then again that is an average based on a healthy BMi. Your body will tell you the right weight once you get there. regardless I am sure you're still a beautiful girl. .... Ask your doctor about going on a diet. They might suggest VLC diet. email me if you need more help.

You are acualy 100 pounds over weight and your breast size needs to be lowered to a 34 or 36 B, I am 5'7 and weight 143, I am overweight, my doctor told me so when I asked. I need to lose at least 5 pounds.

If you aren't taking any medication you could take some pills to lose weight or consult your doctor on this. My friend lost 50 pounds with taking shots on her tights and abdomen. It was expensive but so worth it.

Yeah, you need to lose some weight but you should find a diet that you like and will stick with.

1) Fasting
2) Kimkins.com
3) South Beach or Atkins (if you don't eat their products)
4) Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig
5) Exercise alone

i'm sorry to say you are fat...don't worry thought just work out and cut food portions to half and exersice atleast 2 hours a day...you will lose a lot of weight
