I have both. I know that sea salt does not contain iodine, and the granules are larger than regular iodized salt. Is one supposed to be better for you than the other?

My opinion - SEA SALT! It naturally absorbs microscopic levels of nutrients in the sea and iodized salt has many of these extra nutrients taken out. I am adamant about sea salt in my house.
