Does anyone know of a web site where you can enter ingredents and the site offers some recipe ideas using those ingredents as the main ingredents? Like rice and onions, for example?

yes! I love Recipezaar.com. They have options like that. Once you start looking, you can click on the plus or minus sign next to ingredients. I've found lots of fantastic recipes there!

Why do you need a recipe for rice and onions? You should take a cooking class and learn how to cook rice and peel onions first.

Emeril's area had aplace in it where you could type in the main ingredients and get recipes using certain things.
