My sister is 28 and is getting married this weekend. I haven't bought her a present yet. I don't have much money, but I want to get her something unique and thoughtful. Any suggestions?

Go to "Things Remembered" or somewhere like that and get an engraved item with their name(s) They have lots of stuff for wedding gifts. A frame or album or door knocker or???

Buy a protrait session with a fun local photographer -- this is always fun to do later (after the stress) of the wedding. Also -- they might save it for when and/or if they have a baby??
Just something different to think about!

Get her a gift card to places like IKEA, Home Depot, Crate and Barrel - places where she and her new hubby can choose the things they want or need.

Go to your local craft store and get her stickers and papers and an albumn so that she can scrapbook her wedding photos after the event.
It is a cheap gift that will last a lifetime and she will always think of you when she looks at her wedding photos.

i say get a gift card. u can't go wrong with those. i think they're great. get one to like a place where her and her husband to be can shop. maybe somewhere they can buy things for their place or themselves. i would love to get a gift card...i can get whatever i want!
