~~I'm 13 years old and yes...I have started my period last year when I was 12 years old in the middle of the year

I come from a pretty tall family (my mom said so) but I don't drink milk that often but eats lots of meat :D

I kinda wanted to grow 4 inches before I go to high school and 3 inches before college. Is that possible? Will I at least grow 4 inches DURING my high school year?

I'm 5 feet or 5 ft and 1 inch. Either one...(^_^) is it possible to grow 4 inches DURING my high school year and another 3 inches before I hit college?

5-5 1/2 is a great height...whether you grow or not, you're just right.

Your height usually comes from you mother's side of the family if you don't take after her or your father it will most likely be a relative on your mother's side. You're going to grow but as a woman you'll most likely stop growing by 18. unfortunately you can't speed up the process it's preset in your body, you can only really stunt your growth. Did you have your growth spurt yet? Know that tall for a woman is 5'5 and above seeing how the average height for a woman is 5'4. Take it easy you'll make it just not at the pace you want to. lol my mom is 5'2 but thank god she had a tall family my sister and I turned out to be 5'9 and 5'10. EAT your vegetables.

You will probably reach your max height by 18, though you might still grow a little bit till about 21. Girls get their first grown spurt around 11-12, then growth slows down until late teens it stops.

If your dad is taller than your mom, you will probably be as tall and perhaps a little taller than your mom. There is no guarantee on how tall you will become based on parental height but it is usually a good indicator.

Yep, it is possible. Height is determined by genetics. You are sort of "programmed" at birth as to how tall you will be. But your parent's height is not always the true indicator because your own gene mix may make you taller, perhaps even much taller. So keep up a good diet. Don't forget the calcium for bones. And I am sure ou will be beautiful at any height. :)

It's possible that you'll grow more, but probably not 7 full inches. I was 5'4'' when I was 13 and now, at 17, I'm 5'8''.

What grade are you in anyway? I was 13 in 9th grade.
