It hurts like somebody kicked you in the stomach, but only for a couple of days.

The drainage tubes don't hurt. Gross, but painless.

Many of our "biggest losers" at Kimkins.com need tummy tucks after losing 100-200 pounds. Stretch marks don't disappear and the skin remains saggy.

I had a tummy tuck also after losing 198 lbs. It wasn't any worse than a c-section ... but you're a guy so I guess that doesn't apply. ;)

OUCH...but worth it. It is PAINFUL!
