The next stage should be no boyfriend. You're only 14 and you're far too young to be thinking about the next stage with a guy. You don't make out and have sex just because you can. The next stage can eventually lead to unwanted pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and other STDs. What you are now is a sexual experiment for this guy and you're also cheapening yourself for when the right guy eventually comes along years from now. Enjoy your teenage years while you can, you only have them once in life. Concentrate more on your school work, start a meanful hobby you can develop, join a youth group in your community or a local church and try volunteer work. These things will help give your life more meaning and help you start your adult life on a positive note. I know this sounds old fashioned, but save yourself for marriage. You won't be sorry.

Ok your breast size has nothing to do with 2nd base. You shouldnt be going that far that quickly , because things will heat up. But I am 20 and a 34 A and my sex life is fine. Its all in the proportions. Still I would hold off on going to the next step until you are willing to slide to 3rd.

Sweetheart you are only 14 there is so much you can be thinking about right now other than guys and sex. Think about your future. What college will you attend? Think about an after school job or some type of sport you can play. Get into something you love to do other than sex. If you end up getting pregnant your whole life will change. It is not easy raising children. What type of job can you get to take care of yourself and the needs of a child? Think about that.

so you call insecure..Self Concious? I call it not ready. The next step should be ending that relationship. You are going to fast for yourself. There is nothing wrong with little breast. Get to 16 then 17 before you are regretting doing too much too soon...

You are very young and so you need to be careful. once you start progressing physically with your relationship there is no going back and things could get very difficult. Each step leads to wanting to go further and I wouldn't recommend having sex before at least 16 so that you are emotionally more mature and possibly able to make the right choices. Plus if you're self conscious about it then you are not relaxed enough with your boyfriend to go further - I would hold off you're not ready.

At 14 you need to take it slow. Don't rush all the big decisions you have to make in life. It you do choose to go to the next step who know what could happen. He might expect more and then you could end up as the butt of many jokes. Wait 5 years or so. You will regret it if you don't

Honestly, what is this world coming to? You are only 14 and your body is not even completely developed. Wait until you are older and this won't be a problem. Why put yourself through this torture now when things will work out just fine when you get older? I don't understand when kids want to do things that make them self-conscious; you do realize this could scar you emotionally for a long time. JUST WAIT TIL U ARE OLDER

I think the best thing for you to do is wait your way too young. Your bf might go all the way to home base if you start that. Trust me i know! Guys will try to go to home base if you start at second. Think about this your still in school do you really think you handle a crying baby? well i just stick with making out and not go all the way.

since your 14 your boyfriend is hopefully not much older than you and will be fine with your size (which by the way is not small for someone going through "change") the question isn't will it be pointless for him but will it be meaningful for you regardless of your size to have a guy feel you up (especially at your age)
