If memory serves me correctly when I was in Japan a few years back the loose translation is: Not so hard next time mistress.

I think "bonta" is a someone's name or the first name of a Japanese entertainer, "bondo". His full name is Bondo Ooki. He always wears glasses on TV. The speaker might remember his first name wrong.

The meaning of the Japanese sentence is

(Someone) looks like Bonta (or Bondo) without glasses.

i have no idea what bonta means but the rest says
"(subject) looks like a bonta with no glasses"
