you can say : facile, c'est du gâteau (piece of cake), les doigts dans le nez ( two finger in the nose ).

The last two should not be used in an essai but with friends.

you can also use these : pas compliqué, c'est pas la mer à boire (literal translation : drinking the whole sea would be a harder thing to do)
