We all hate to them - even hate to say them but ... LUNGES.
First do them without holding weights and then gradually do them
with three to five pound weights. Do them stationary then eventually do walking lunges. The walking lunges make you feel silly but ... they work. Also try squats.
Good luck!

I've found that walking helps with losing weight every where on your body. Also, you can wear a sauna suit whenever you walk and/or workout. You can buy these suits at Wal-Mart for about $7.00. They almost look like a 2 piece garbage bag; so, just wear it under your work-out clothes. I was wearing one everyday while working out; and, lost about 70 pounds in a little over 2 months. Have put most of it back on because I didn't keep up with my diet and exercising; but, I know these things do work. Hope this helps! Have a Great Holiday!
