I don't get it. Every time I make hot chocolate the marshmallows dissappear when I stir the powder into the hot water. What's the point in even buying the kind with the marshmallows? GRR! Does this happen to anyone else?

Forget the instant with the marshmallows in it. They're nasty little chunks of dried sugar. Even regular marshmallows (or mini marshmallows) are kind of a pain. I don't like the way they stay solid in the middle. Instead, try adding a spoonful of marshmallow fluff. It melts slowly, but it isn't dry and lumpy in the middle.

Yes, they melt instantly! BUT, the kids love them or they love to think they have marashmallows in it. It's a marketing ploy. I just buy a bag of small marasmallows and add to regular hot chocolate - they last much longer and taste better!

Never buy the mini ones!
Get the Kraft Jet Puffed ones and put like 3 of em in there!
Maybe if you drink it quick enough they wont disolve!!!!
