If you love him, look at it this way... he has about two years to live, whereas most people have a lifetime to accomplish their goals and desires. He needs to fulfill his ambitions in a much shorter time and if his desire is to go away with you then you MUST go with him. Before you know it, he won't be there anymore, and you will no longer be able to spend time with him.

You really do need to pray and dig deep into your heart to make this decision. This may sound callous, but there is a possibility (I say possibility because I was told I only had 3 years to live over 20 years ago and I'm not a ghost) he may be dead in two years and you do need to take care of yourself. At the same time, if this would make his dreams come true, what a wonderful gift it would be to give to him, and what great memories you would have to cherish the rest of your life.

I don't think anyone can tell you what to do here. Just pray about it, sleep on it, and I'll bet you'll waking up knowing what is the right thing for you to do.

I would go with him. If he has been givin a time limit to live whos to say that his life won't end in six months. I don't want to be negative, but you need to look at reality.

DO this: Put yourself in his shoes.....what would you do?

Me, I just had brain surgery a year ago as of the 18th. I have a rare condition that will never go away, but I will live as long as I never get into a car crash and jerk my head around or go on roller coasters, things of that nature. This has been a turning point for me so now I look at life in a different way. Live it for today, now not tomorrow, not yesterday. I think you should go and enjoy your time with him as you may not have a long time after that.

Good luck.

Well it depends on what you would like to do....either spend the last two years of his life with him where ever he wants, and drop all of your plans until it's his time to be somewere better, or stay doing what you are doing..It is completely up to you, what is more important the happiness of a man who has 2 years left, or your own happiness...

Wow that's rough. Well How do you feel about him? Do you want to give him this last wish? Can you afford to? Or as an alternative can you continue with your life and try to provide him with the best you can without uprooting your life? Remember sadly when he is gone what will you have?

Don't go. Spend your money and his last bit of quality time helping someone else.

How much do you love him? If you have to ask us, I'm thinking you should let him go on his own. If you were really crazy about him...
