Appears to be OK. Play an extra hour of basketball this week. That might be the turkey, but it's lean.
Good luck

Just remember to exercize (cardio/weights) and drink lots of water, don't focus on your weight nessasarly but you measurments because some people weight more then others because of muscle mass(muscle weight 2x as much as fat) and some have a very dense bone structures. If you are unhappy with the way you look start to exercise more, eat more veggies and not so much junk food. www.ivillage.com has lots of good tips on eating right and how much for your body type as well as tips for eating too much/too little

You didn't mention your age, but I'm guessing by your name you're a woman. Thus 2 possible explanations:
If you're young, you may be gaining weight as a result of water retention as part of your monthly cycle.
If you're over 40, well, your metabolism has changed and you're simply not processing food as efficiently as you used to.
The monthly cycle weight gain will disappear a few days after your period starts. The other one? Eat more oranges.

Um..Im pretty sure you're not too far off from your ideal weight.
Check this at seveenteen.com BMI indicator.
Whenever I feel like Ive gained a lil weight I try to lay off the sodas and fast food and exercise a lil bit more....with you playing sports you prob. have alot of muscle mass. Weight is just a number...how you carry it and your fat percent is what matters.
Hope you feel better!!!
