i guess i hear my alarm and turn it off but i seriously never remember turning it off. or if i hear it i press snooze about 4 times (9min period between each snooze) i dont really like blasting up my alarm becuase it scares me when i wake up when its too loud and i dont want to wake everyone else up in my house who gets up before me. any suggesions?

oh and i cant use my cell phone alarm eaither because it eventually turns off and doesnt have a snooze so it doesnt help when i unconciously? turn it off.

help im fusturated at myself for doing this!

I don't know if you eat late, but if you stop eating around 7:30 your stomach won't be heavy and you'll wake up in the morning because you'll be rushing to get something in your stomach! I'm not saying starve yourself, just maintain a healthy diet and make sure you eat 3 solid meals and 2 solid snacks before 7:30. I have alot of friends who are sluggish in the morning because they eat late before they go to sleep so they wake up heavy and moving slow.

Move your alarm clock to the other side of the room, it will make you get up out of the bed to shut it off and that may be all you need to wake up.

Get someone to help you! Tell someone to get something like maybe a trash can lid and a stick or something and beat on the lid and say, "get up"! or maybe throw ice water on you. If I knew you I'd help. I could think of all sorts of ways to wake you up!

I reccomend using music. I don't advise using snooze it's more than likely that you wont wake.
