I could see that because you don't have face to face contact with the person on a regular basis.

A long distance relationship can be slow and painful torture, mainly because you are attached to an absentee partner. It can be rough, but if you enter into this type of situation knowing that it is short term or if you already had a close relationship prior to the partner leaving then it should be a little bit easier. Either way, you'll still feel alone, depressed (seek medical help if you physically can't get outta bed or can't sleep or eat) sad or irritable. Since the holidays are so close, many individuals who are in the same situation you are in experience these same emotions. I suggest that you find productive, healthy and fun activities (other than work) to kill time. I hope I helped. God Bless.

Long distance relationships almost never work out. With odds like that yeah I would be pretty depressed. Sorry but its hard to trust someone in another city or state and whats the point the fun in a relationship is being together.

yes and no, so long as you stay in contact with your boyfriend/girlfriend, AND trust them, everything will work. Set boundries, plan to talk to them on the phone at certain times, and keep the romance by sending random letters or pictures and talk about what you will do when you are together next. I am in one myself and i am not depressed at all. I have been dating this guy for three years, im away at school now, but the distance has not made me depressed at all, it will only make you depressed if you let it

Yes it could make you feel depressed but you shouldn't let a long distance relationship limit you from having fun and enjoying your life.

i'm too scuffling with a lengthy distance relationship. i'm not eating correct and that i shop crying each and every of the time. we are interior a similar boat! If I were you i must ascertain you do not practice him how disillusioned you're as he may experience a touch hopeless and no one needs someone who's suffering. it really is what i'm attempting to do besides. i desire we both can make issues better out and get our dependence decrease back and existence decrease back on target!

Of corse long distant relationships can make u depressed. Doesnt a relationship require two people TOGETHER? Maybe you should look for someone in ur own backyard. Good luck either.

ya, it's really wearing on the emotions - not being able to see or talk to the person you really like. it's hard to maintain a certain level of relationship...and sometimes you wonder the point. also when talking through the phone or other media, you can misinterpret, and eventually you'll idealize the person because you haven't seen them in so long. so to answer, most definitely yes, and i hope you work it out...

Of course but try to focus on how good it feels to really care about someone. And try to lose the sense of urgency. Patience in relationships can make them more enjoyable...as long as there is also TRUST. STAY BUSY!
