No I would not work for someone who was interested in me. There is an uncomfortable power dynamic there. You need a good reference in the future for jobs. If he likes you and you don't like him, what kind of reference will you get? If you do like him and you date for a while and then it doesn't work out, what kind of reference will you get? See what I am saying here?

I did and I had no intentions of having a relationship with the guy and it was a tough situation... he took it as if i was interested .. and even when I refused his advances he kept on me all the time... drove me nuts... I had to quit so he could move on with is life... he even got to where he would stalk me when i was off work to see where I went and with who...
so... no... don't do it... unless your interested in him... which in turn creates another set of problems... I won't discuss here... I will save it for when you ask is it good to work with your bf or husband... start freah some where else and keep your private life away from your business... and vice versa... hope this helps!!!

if you decided to take the job be careful around him because a crush and turn into in obsession. If this is a job that you true would love to have take it,if he does anything to you that feels awkward around him tell him that you don't appreciate his behavior and if he does it again press charges

If the job was right for me in all other ways, I'd take it by all means, but I wouldn't care one way or the other if he had the hots for me — unless he tried to show it in some perverted way.
