I HAVE HAD LOWER BACK PAIN NOW FOR FIVE DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN PUTING A HEATING PAD ON IT ALONE WITH TAKING ALEVE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN WORKING

I had the same problem, My problem ended up being a herniated disk. I had to have a minilamenectomy done on it. heat, ice and aleve, didn't help. get to the doctor and get a diagnosis. The longer you wait the longer you will hurt. You might go and see a chriopractor as well.

Try Ice immediately.....fill an empty drink bottle and lay on ice for 20 minutes...pain is history.
