I purchased three for a party and decided that I would do a test run. I warmed the trays in the oven for the 6 minutes that the instructions told me to do. It's less than 1 1/2 hours later and the tray and the food on the tray is cold; I am freaking out because I know that my party will last a lot longer than 90 minutes. Am I expecting too much from $60 trays? Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone out there have these trays and if so, how did you get it to work for you? Thanks in advance!!

Click on this link, in a gray box near the top right you will find additional details and a place to click for ask a consultant. You should do this. I think the trays don't chill or heat up, they just help maintain the temp. In your trial run, put some food on the trays and see if the FOOD maintains it's temp.
