I've been listening to my music a little too loud. I know I've done some damage to my eardrums. Is there anyway of reversing the damage I've done?

Sorry to tell you this, but I bet your eardrums are just fine. Noise-induced hearing loss is permanent due to nerve damage in the cochlea. Prevent further damage by turning down the volume. If you can feel the bass, it's too loud. Stop using your ipod or walkman, and wear earplugs if you go to a concert or work in a noisy environment. You will still be able to hear the music at a concert if you do this, as well as prevent further damage.

Not at this time. All you can do is reduce the volume to minimise further damage. It may be possible in the future to repair as I know scientists are working on this problem, but not yet
