Okay ive been intaking 200 calories a day and burning 1000+ for the past 4 days.

I would burn a 1000 calories on the tred-mill, do 30 minutes of cardio, and tone for 15 minutes.

I know its very unhealthy, but im a boxer and i want to stay in my weight range which is 130. Im only doing this so i won't gain any weight, and i definitely don't want to loser any.

So if i keep on with this will i be losing weight or just not gaining. If i do this til my next match, which is December 5th, will i have lost any weight or still be in my weight range.

I just don't want to gain any weight, but i can't afford to lose any either.

Thanks, and no sarcasm be mature about this.

You will be so weak that a little girl could knock you out. Dude you have to eat more...this is ridiculous. Fatigue is directly related to hunger...if you don't have gas in the tank prior to the fight (and that doesn't mean day of) your gonna get whooped.

Work out..do your cardio, and get a proper diet.

I'm sorry but 200 cal a day is ridiculous, in order not to lose and not to gain, you need to burn off the same amount of cal your taking in. At your pace now, you will not have the energy to box and you will surely lose weight. The average cal intake for a person in your circumstance is 1200 cal.

Buddy I've been a boxer for 17 years.....200 cal!!!!! are you kidding me!!!!! don't do that you need energie

1400cal a day, you won't gain weight, if you train around 2hours a day, 5 times a week, I mean come on , sparring, running, jump rope...any cardio, you all set...

by the way, you don't want lose weight ...right...how? u eat 200, you burn 1000.......
any way I sure you are going to find a right balance
fight good.......no pain no gain good luck

200 is far to low in my opinion. Talk to a boxing coach - they have several methods for shedding water weight which is what you really want to do since there are only a few days left.

At 200 calories a day you are in the catabolic state and are most likely burning the lean muscle mass you worked so hard to build. You'll also be weak the day of your match.
