Who here agrees illegal aliens use more than fake SSN'S ?

On Lou Dobbs it showed one woman alone had over 200 illegal aliens using her SSN. Illegal aliens present a challenge to national security, and a false sense of temporary security to our failing Social Security system. Failure to fix the problem just makes the problem worse. It is the estimated twelve to twenty million illegal aliens living and working illegally in the United States have to commit identity theft to secure employment. I'll bet because of labor laws and fear of being sued, you wouldn't tell that person's future employer that they'd been terminated for providing a false SS#, right ? Most employers have taken the position that they won't do anything except confirm the dates of employment when somebody uses them as a reference. They won't tell the future prospective employer whether the person quit, was fired, or why they were fired. That's undoubtedly is why there are 246 million ESF records -- these illegals get caught, but they just go out and find another job using a new a different forged SS#.
The people who are trying to SELL this ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, IMHO, are no different than some advertising agency trying to create a "hook" , or "catch phrase", to sell their "product", (ie, Coke is IT, or Nike = "Just Do It !!".

They come here, illegally, then it is very easy for them to just break law after law. They will do what ever they can to stay here. They justify this by saying that living here is their human right, or that our laws are out dated, even calling our laws silly, and well its just a very small laws. They try to sell themselves as, just poor wanting a better life. Oh yes they do get a few to feel sorry for them, but we must never stop telling Washington, that we want our immigration laws enforced, we want those that hire them fined, we want anyone renting to illegal immigrants fined, and we want all those in this country illegally deported. If not we will find someone in Nov. of 2008 who will do the job.

Compared to who. Even if a person agrees, what does that prove.
People are saying illegals are driving up the costs of Medical care, welfare and the costs of providing schools. All we hear is generalizations and no specifics.I pay taxes. My taxes have not gone up because of illegal aliens.The 2 main taxes are income and property. There are no special taxes for welfare or medical care.
I could start listing things only white people do. The most significant thing white people did the previous century was start World War 2.The war was started by blond, blue eyed white skinned people.

When a future employer calls a previous employer, they, by law, are only allowed to ask yes or no questions (or give yes or no answers) and they are not allowed to give remarks that could be held against the person - however you can compliment them. The only thing you could say is yes we would rehire them at this point in time, or no we wouldn't rehire them at this point in time. You can't go into detail why you would not rehire them.

It is the problem of both parties: illegal is just that folks....ILLegal..unlawful...criminal and if they weren't tolerated into coming here we wouldn't have this problem. We didn't have the problem before they got here or should I say not to the degree it is. And yes, perhaps our SS Dept. needs to update, but why if it worked and wasn't broken...why fix it?? You bleeding hearts who want to have sympathy on the "poor illegals" need to go into their countries and try the stuff we allow them to get away with. Failing Social Security system? humm - not according to all available sources. "Illegals"
have been paying into social security for decades. The monies are kept (and probably 'borrowed' by the government when needed) Most illegals know they will never collect a dime in social security benefits (despite the rule change which allows benefits to be [paid, I believe as of last year.) Don't fool yourself into believing that social security is 'broke' because it isn't. And if Government was smart, they would have been investing social security contributions into safe accounts all along. The greater number illegals who pay into social security will never file for benefits anyway. THEIR monies will be used to pay YOUR BENEFITS.
Last count:? Over 9 BILLION in "illegal social security contributions paid by mostly Mexicans"
I have an aunt who has worked for Social Security for decades. She tells me that there are an untold number )(but in the tens of thousands) of US citizens who use false SS numbers..Social Security's hands are tied. They simply collect the benefits. And pay them out when they are due. So don't blame it all on illegals. You have cheats right here at home.Got that? CHEATS right here at home. Stop ignoring it.Besides, who's going to take care of your kids at 4.50 an hour! Who's going to pick our stringbeans and strawberries at 2.00 an hour? None of you that's for sure!

your right. i have worked with them. the americans who let them use the info should be fined out the wazoo. and sent to prison for 5 years. the IRS should see what is going on with the social security numbers.
