The first exercise I would recommend is aerobics.
Buy The Step. Target has them, and other stores.
When you wake up, step up and down 5-15 minutes.
Before you go to bed, step up and down for another 5-15 minutes.
This exercise will get your metabolism up as well as your emotions up. There will be further exercises you can do, but this will get you started. Write to me if you want to discuss further exercises.

Walk. It's free, low impact, and can be very fun. If you pick up the pace a little, you'll be suprised at how fast the weight comes off. Also, I suggest cutting your calories back only by 10 percent. In other words, just eat 90 percent of what you usually eat, avoid juice and eat fruit instead; drink more water, and set smaller goals, like 3-5 pounds each month. You didn't put all the weight on overnight, and you won't lose it overnight either. Good luck!

Even though you work from home you should still be able to take a break every few hours. Take that opportunity to walk around the block once or twice. That will get your heart going and soon enough you'll be able to start jogging in the middle of the day.
Also, while you're sitting at your desk you can have a couple of weights so that you can do some arm curls and various other exercises with them.

Honey if you clean house you are already doing light exercises. Just do baby steps. Walk around the block. Try doing it everyday. You'll eventually start walking two blocks, then three, and so on. You just got to stay motivated. If you like music take a walkman or IPOD or whatever you have with you. It usually really helps to have a walk buddy. You'll be talking so much, you won't realized how much you walked.

Light exercise will not help you lose weight. You can do yoga to become more limber and work your way up to losing weight with diet control and aerobics. Rodney Yee is a wonderful DVD workout Yoga Video. You don't have to watch. Just listen. He explains everything and you can just follow his voice. But, quite honestly, you should also see a doctor.

A great way to do this is to do cardio. Walking at least 2 miles per day is necessary. Do it at a brisk pace. And increase your distance with time. Also, do pushups and crunches. Unfortunately, some of this requires leaving the house.

I hate cleaning but when i know i can burn tons of calories doing it , it changes everything, crank that radio and go crazy like you have 5 minutes before you're expecting your in laws to pop in and you know they criticize your home kind of cleaning. That is great light exercise plus your home will be shiny :-). Alos going through stuff you were wanting to throw away or organizing.

if you want to lose that much weight, you are gonna have to get out of the house...
Crunches, (and other ab work, look it up), dips, pushups, get some weights and do some curls...
It should be fun and not a chore...I love lifting and playing sports, but there was a time where it was like a job and not a fun activity, so you have to trick yourself into thinking its fun...when you start losing weight it gets really fun really quick...

PBS used to have this series on tv called Sit and be Fit. It was an elderly lady who workout doing low impact stuff mostly on a chair. You can look on the internet and see if she has DVDs available.
