When you like someone you should not be afraid to talk to them. I wouldn't come right out and them your feelings right away, but instead I would get to know them so that they feel comfortable around you. Then you ask them out. When you do, make it clear that if it doesn't work out, you two can just be friends, even if being just friends is not your primary goal. This will take a lot pressure of your date and once again make them comfortable. If it works out that's great. If it doesn't well as they say there are lots of fish in the sea. Just remember that dating is fun and exciting. Don't let fear or nervousness stop you. It's great to be young (as I assume you are) so have fun.

make a cute suprise to let them know that you like them...a homemade card?? a flower with a note attached to it?? leave a poster on their car's windshield?? something thoughtful at the start might make them realize just how much you care for them..good luck~

talk to them, tell them you like them the worst they can do is tell them they aren't into you..Better that then always wondering if they like you too. NO REGRETS....
