well, make sure if you want to kiss him. every kiss is a special moment together. but if youre sure then look at his signs. if shows love and is all lovey dovey to you but is shy then go on a date and at the end give him a small peck on the cheek or the mouth. but if there are no signs, well then you know the conclusion.
