how do i find my sister?

I've never met my dad's daughter, she probably doesn't even know that she has other sister's and brother's. I'm now 23 and i would like to talk to her. I have her ss# and her mom's ss#. Every website i go, to you have to pay money to get the information that you want. I don't have much $ so i can't afford it. i guess what i'm asking is how do i find my sister without using money?

you need to talk to people - do you have an idea where in the country they are - have you got their full names? If so then do some searching through phone books etc or ask family members who may know or other people who know your family - old friends etc etc. It may take time but follow up every lead you have.
