i want to lose at least 20 pounds by christmas.how do you reccommended i do it?

10 lbs should be your max wt loss in that amount of time. 2 lbs. a week max. limit your calories to 1200-1500/day fat to less than 15g, carbs should only be in fruit vegtable and 100% whole wheat/oatmeal form.....eat nothing white and limit or avoid sugar altogether...you will have to limit cals to 1200-1500. Grilled chicken, green vegtables(not peas) and 100% whole wheat/oatmeal. No carbs at last meal/snack dinner time try to eat 5-6 small meals per day 200-300 cals per meal. AND you will need to do 40 minutes of aerobic excercise 5 days minimum per week running or elliptical burn the most calories, running is the big calorie burner.....and remember wine and light beer contain calories 100-110 each so moderation or run an extra mile. 1 mile is approx 100 calories

depending on your weight, you can actually lose 20 lbs. relatively quickly. you can run about 30 minutes everyday. if you can't run that long or don't have the time, just run a mile as quickly as possible to work up a good sweat. usually that would be good enough, but not all the time. you could do some muscular exercises such as sit ups and push ups to build muscle which burn calories unlike fat which stores calories.

Jumprope. Jump rope when u jump, in slow mothing it is like a blubber wave. It moves up and then when u jump. Deletes many pounds. I lost 90 pounds 9 months straight.

well drink alot of water exercise every day if you want to lost the weight fast at least exersice for 30 minutes. do at least 100 crunches in the morning, afternoon, and at night and have a healthy non-fat breakfast lunch and dinner. they key is have a big healthy breakfast a big healthy lunch and very little for dinner.

Do some aerobics to some Richard Simmons videos 5 days a week.
Take a half hour or an hour walk each morning

Dont take diet pills, exercise- sit ups, push ups. Jog start small- work your way to 2 miles. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. No pop. LOTS and LOTS of water! 8 cups

try the south beach diet. You can loose at least 10.. now 20 is not reasonable.

cut off an arm...Unless you are really really fat, that is going to be a tough one, but you need to exercise all the time...you work out like a demon, well you can eat whatever you want and maintain your weight...
