Yes, you should have had his permission. I totally understand where you're coming from. I read your other questions and I feel so much concern and compassion for you. You are obviously going through a tough time. It's hard to be married and young and have a baby and all this stuff going on. You poor thing! Just keep your chin up and life will be ok. Don't let those people out there who are saying your questions are made up get you down. No one in her right mind would make up stuff like that. It has to be true.

Your friend Jesica was right.
I'm glad you've got a good relationship with your Daddy, but it seems a bit unhealthy. Are you of any particular religious background, per se?
Being a medic in the army doesn't make someone an expert on the female anatomy. Likely it makes them an expert in dealing with a tramatic situation.
Your Daddy is probobly married to your Mommy... and your Mommy should have been the one of your parrents to check you. She was the one to tell you to do a SELF exam.
Or just go get a mamogram.
And next time, think about your husband's feelings. Your breasts are yours, but you share them with your husband (I hope).
To answer your question, yes, it was wong for you to have your Daddy check you for breast cancer.

Uh....that is just so wrong....on just so many levels, and seriously just sounds made up and perverted.
19...still callin him "daddy"?
this is a crank isn't it? Cause first off, can't do the exam sitting on a lap. And Daddy would be the most inappropriate person. You, or a doctor would be the only ones who should perform. If it's for real and I were talkin to hubby, I'd be telling him to run from the hills

Good thing you didn't need a pelvic exam. I think 19 is too mature to have dad examining your breasts.

News flash you aren't a baby any more!! you are 19 and married. You can do a breast exam on yourself, and if not then you have your husband do it, not your father. that is just wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong. and the fact that you begged him is even more wrong. did i mention how wrong this question is!!!
One more thing i would hope that if you did ask your husband if your father could feel your boobs, he would run the **** away from you and never look back.

I may be old fashioned but I would be very embarresed if my daughter asked me to check her breasts. I would have insisted that she ask her mother or her friend Jessica to do the checking or wait for her husband.

As long as you wore your modesty veil, it is okay for your daddy to do that. Be certain you also cover for any other kinds of exams your daddy wants to do.

There was nothing wrong morally but it was positively in discreet and unwarranted. After all the movie was giving u step by step directions to do self examination and not get it examined by some one instantly. It appears that some where in ur heart u had the secret desire to get it done by ur pop.
