Call your credit card company immediately and have that card cancelled and a new one issued. Yes, they can take all the balance.

Please do not answer any of them at all and if you have done so change banks and credit cards as soon as possible they are all after the money and you do not win anything with them at all. If i get one i delete it as they can take all your money and more as well. In future i would delete the lotto and lottery emails if i was you. I went into one and sent email to them but did not join when i did not receive a reply back.

Sounds like a scam. If you win money, they shouldn't be asking you for your credit card info. I would call the credit card company and have them block payments for any free lotto charges. I would also advice looking at your future bills closely.

you need to cancel the card asap before your credit is used up...and never give out your credit card numbers like that...if you didn't enter a lotto you won't win and no lotto is going to ask for money from you to process or whatever

You need to cancel that card immediately if you haven't already. This is scam and they will take your money and possibly steal your identity. Please remember, you do not give money to a lotto agency that's claiming you won. They give you money. You did a very dangerous thing by giving these scam artist your information. As you have discovered, this is a scam. Cancel the card before it gets worse. In the future, remember a few tips.
1. You can't win if you don't enter.
2. Even if you enter, no lottery will contact you by e-mail, especially if you never gave your e-mail address.
3. If they can't pay you by check, its not legitimate.
