Well, I don't know if you would count them as "chemicals" or not, but in many cases, birth control pills will make your breasts somewhat larger. Alternativly you could try push-up bras, padded bras, or silicone bra inserts.

if you're talking about big boobs, you don't want them, trust me! I have them, they're natural, and because they're big, people, especially men, tend to think you're dumb, they talk at them instead of looking you in the eye, I had to stop running at the gym because it distracted too many people! yes! I was actually told that my "chest" was a distraction! they may look good, but sometimes they get you attention that you're not looking for. opt for a good push-up bra or water bra. go to victoria's secret, they have a bunch of bra's that will help you out, and just keep trying them on until you get the desired look!

Do push ups and other upper body work outs. It builds muscle there and makes them bigger.
