Just think of it this way... would you rather be happy and alone..? or with someone you can't stand having to fake a smile over Christmas ham? Many people despise the holidays because it is supposed to be the happy time of year. Unfortunately, that is a time when a large part of the population feels the loneliest. You can be in a room full of people, and still feel incredibly lonely. It depends on how comfortable you are with yourself I guess.

It's better to be single at all times. You have more time to enjoy your own life when you're single. Outside of work, the only person you have to worry about pleasing is yourself. For the holidays, just go out with your friends — it's guaranteed to be WAY more fun.

Better to be single if you are only with them to get through the holidays. You have got to be happy with yourself or you will never be happy with someone else.

Depends if your fussing and fighting with some one single for sure. Single you can date a whole lot of people and get alot of dinner invites
If your with someone You do have a date and a person to be with and talk to if a party is dull and boring .

Depends on why you want to be with someone- if it only because you feel lonely then don't pursue to be withsomeone because it will be for the wrong reason and if you find someone you like alot and want to spend time with them than what a better time than the holidays to share?

i personally think that it is better to be with someone for the holidays. I'm not so sure why, but i like sharing holiday times alone with my intimate other

It depends which you more... Do you like someone to cuddle with by the fire and drink hot cho-choa while watching the snow, or do you want to flirt and have hook ups and just fling through the holidays? It all depends on what kind of person you are.

I'm single and it SUCKS....it would be nice to have someone to be with for the holidays..........on the other hand if your with a jerk,it could also ruin the holidays...been there done that!!

UHM... NEITHER !! neither ! you should be with your familey getting ready for the holidays! not looking 4 men. in my oppion you should either be married with a husband or not have yur guy around the holidays or just be single! its great to be single! you dont havre to impress any1 and u dont have to splurdge on clotheer for the date that he could possibly dump u on!

i've had both and it is definetly more stressful when you are with someone, you have to worry about making plans to go to their family's house with them. And you also have to worry about what you are going to get them for a gift its great being single for the holidays, i am having a great time planning things just for myself
