I start with a good buttered sub bun sliced in half. On one half, I layer sliced roast beef and ham, top with thinly sliced tomatoes and onions. On the other, I sprinkled shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheese. Pop it under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden.

I'm not a vegetarian but this is definitely my favourite...
fresh baguette, grilled eggplant slices (not breaded but marinated in good olive oil), goat cheese, basil leaves, salt and pepper. Sometimes I include sun dried or regular tomatoes but usually I stick with the first version. It's soooo delicious.

turkey, thinly sliced cucumbers, sprouts, with a dressing comprised of plain non fat yogurt mixed with feta chees, salt and pepper. (The dressing is fabulous) Put in pita pocket or roll in whole wheat roll up.
