~~~for a couple of weeks now,,,I can literly hear the blood flowing like in my head,,,,Its like I can hear my heart beating within my ears,,,,would anyone know what would cause this?

~~~have had my blood pressure taken within the past month and it is normal.

do you hear people talking in your head? What else do you hear?
I would go to the Dr. you might have a yeast infection.
maybe it is your guilt for not standing in line for the playstation 3 for your husband.

You have an Ear infection. When the fluid builds up behind your ears your will start to hear stuff.
Go see your doctor.
