Global warming is a very serious problem we are facing at present. As a cycle our earth becomes hot and cold (Ice age) and several changes take place in climatic and environmental conditions and all this naturally.

We humans have increased the rate of global warming a lot due to increasing pollution, cutting trees and forest using nonbiodegradable goods, wasting and so many more reasons. In last few decades increase in global temperature due to green hous effect has become a big problem and areas which used to get lot of rains are becoming dry and vic a versa. This will certainly make more changes in our climate and environment unless and until we change our way of living and adobt sustainable way of living. Ozone layer depletion is also a major problem and this is also going to hurt our earth.

The worst hit are our poor people and wildlife. If we do not take action now may be we will be extinct soon may be in 200 to 300 years and if not may be we will live for another 500 or 1000 years minimum. Yes certainly external factors should be kept in mind like meteor from outer space and like.

Plant more trees, Save Forests, Save Earth.

That its an enormous scam. Probably the biggest in recent history.

Listen - the world temperature moves up and down, it always has. You'll recall the term 'ice age' in your science or history books. Obviously, there has been 'global warming' since then, right?

To blame humans isn't logical, the greatest warming and cooling trends happened before humans were around, let alone before the combustion engine.

The 'Kyoto' agreement that Bush didn't sign, which made all the papers, was an agreement to reduce pollution in order to drop the overall average temperature by ONE TENTH of ONE DEGREE.

Supposedly, the world has warmed ONE and a HALF DEGREES in the last 100 years. How anyone knows precisely what the overall world temperature was 100 years ago is beyond me.

Its a scam, presented by alarmists, such as environmentalists who need funding for corporations, so they must pose these 'threats', in order to continue to receive funds.

Remember, the world isn't always flat just because some guy in a white coat says that it is.

It has long been claimed that much of the global warming was caused by cars/trucks/industries sending CO2 & such into the atmosphere.
But when you look at the history of the world, we have had this happen before. Warming, followed by an ice age...hmmm.
Back then there were no cars, trucks, power plants, etc. So what caused it? :::Casts Mother Nature a sidelong look:::
One volcano can send as many pollutants into the atmosphere in one eruption as every car & truck in the world produces in 10 years.
What makes us so arrogant to believe WE are causing it?
Civilization may be a minor contributing factor, but not nearly what has been claimed.
As you may know, Algore exaggarates just a little...

Global warming is the most serious problem facing life on earth. Its caused by all of us burning fossil fuels. When we drive our car, turn on an electrical appliance or light a fire, carbon dioxide gas is produced. This acts like a blanket around the earth, making it hotter and hotter. It has started to change the climate. We are all in trouble if we can't find a solution.

yes actually
global warming is caused by harmful emmisions from burning coal and natural gasses. If continued it could melt polar ice caps, causing a flood or not as bad but still bad causing climates to change dangerously.

Its from pollution, it rots the ozone layer, and breaks the greenhouse effect and makes too much heat be trapped in.
