I would have to say honorificÂabilitudÂinitatibus, used in Shakespeare's Love's Labours Lost.
That's the longest one I can find other than the name of a place none of which were english.
All the others who have answwered thus far are using either a song title, which is catagorized a title, not a word, or a techinical word.
